Ah, the rich taste of deep-fried haggis fritters... wonderful! While we were in Scotland last year, I started toying with the idea of starting a restaurant called "Battered" to take experimentation with deep-fat-frying further, but luckily stopped before any damage could be done.

Air-fryers?! Ye heathen Sassenach, ye!
