I'm not entirely clear about what you're saying too: something about States rights, something about white people dying in Arizona, something about the terrible Standard American Diet, and something else about elderly people dying in care homes also being state (but not State) responsibility.

I think you're telling me that Trump couldn't help any of these people and that the enormous deathrate in the USA (highest in the world at the moment, though I'm betting that Brazil's is actually higher if they'd admit it) isn't his fault at all.
