I knew that the way banks were rewarded for their stupidity, greed and incompetence in 2008 would mean a second round of this ridiculous game. CLOs, eh? Bank CEOs should have stood trial and gone to jail for fraud last time. Maybe they will this time round.

The people can rise, you know. The people are many, the bankers are few. Nobody wants a revolution which is an extremely messy and destructive way of achieving systemic change, often leading to national bankruptcy and rule by psychopaths.
