This is why I don't like pacifism. Faced with fascists, it just gets shot.

I've been reading Umair Haque's diatribes for a while now and he's been correct more often than not. But nobody seems to be willing to realise that you can't get rid of fascists by talking to them. You can't get rid of fascists by being nice to them. As Umair says, they have a completely different ideology than most decent people and they're not going to give up and go home because they want power over us.

You can only get rid of fascists by fighting them. We have to fight them at the ballot box and in the town halls. We have to fight them in the schools and hospitals. We have to fight them in the churches and the supermarkets.

We can never surrender - because then the fascists will kill us one by one.

Fight damn it, fight!
