Satsuma-san has a feud with next-door’s tuxedo cat — Satsuma started it, by the way. My neighbour is understandably annoyed. Any ideas?

I’m feeling tired and also afraid that I might be repeating myself.

I live a quiet life (apart from Satsuma-san’s feud with

The next-door tuxedo cat), which I like

Because there’s plenty of drama and conflict

Rampaging around my head, before emerging

Blinking onto a page of scribbles.

But I worry I may be going stale.

So I’m going to have a rest until

The 5th July and then I’ll decide what to do next.

I don’t know. I’m feeling a bit baffled

And I also want to finish a new book,
