Yes! Absolutely right!

It's partly because we've lost so many opportunities to chat with a stranger - which is when the most interesting conversations happen. It's also because social media, deliberately or accidentally, drives us apart.

But it's also because we're turning away from each other voluntarily, thinking that our phones are our friends.
